Dr Carme Ruestes
PhD in History (Archaeology), Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona; M in GIS and Archaeology, University of Leicester; BA in Geography and History (Archaeology), Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.
Carme’s research has focused on Roman Urbanism and in GIS applications to the study of ancient landscapes, with particular attention to visibility analysis accuracy. It has been published in books and peer reviewed journals.
Before working at Dr. Vincent Clark and associates, she worked in Archaeology in Europe implementing GIS mapping and analysis for different landscape studies, participating in surveys, directing excavations from Roman to Contemporary periods and lecturing at the Universitat Automa de Barcelona.
